Tabla Tequila
September 27, 2011Patrón Tequila and GQ Magazine teamed up with Hayman to celebrate Tequila Month with a very special tequila-inspired Chef’s Table.
Patrón mixologist, Gee David, worked with Hayman’s Executive Chef Glen Bacon to design a spectacular seven course menu with matching cocktails inspired by Patrón’s range of premium tequila.
The dinner took place at Rainforest Grove, a secluded opening surrounded by trees, where a long white table was set underneath a canopy of stars.
The evening began with Patrón’s take on the classic martini, traditionally made with either vodka or gin, this special martini was made with Gran Patron tequila.
“It’s triple distilled, so it’s just about the smoothest tequila you can get,” said Gee.
The table of twenty wondered what would come next on this culinary journey and they were not disappointed.
