SPA RESERVATIONS
Our spa reservations team will assist you in designing your perfect spa experience. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment to enable time to change into a robe and relax with a herbal tea. Please understand if you arrive late to commence your treatment, the duration will be adjusted accordingly.
SPA ATTIRE
Please arrive in comfortable attire. A robe and slippers will be provided upon arrival. Swimwear is required for the Sauna and Steam Room experiences.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours’ notice to avoid incurring the full therapy fee or voiding a Gift Certificate.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax. Hayman accepts cash, travellers cheques and all major credit cards including American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard and JCB. Hayman applies a 1.5% surcharge for all credit card transactions. EFTPOS facilities are available however limits apply. Hayman does not accept personal or business cheques unless approved prior to arrival.
