Pricing: All rates quoted are for double or single occupancy. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax. Payment information here

Check-In: Rooms cannot be guaranteed for occupancy prior to 2.00pm, unless pre-registered from the night before.

Check-Out: Rooms are required to be vacated by 12.00 noon. Late check-out fees may apply to check-out after 12.00 noon.

Cancellation Policy: One night cancellation fee will be incurred if a reservation or part thereof is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. A 100% cancellation fee will be incurred if a cancellation or part thereof is cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival. Special cancellation conditions apply from 19 December 2011 to 9 January 2012 (inclusive).

Deposits: A minimum deposit of 1 night’s accommodation is required in advance of arrival during the Festive Season from 22 December 2011 to 6 January 2012. If a deposit, authority to charge credit card, or accommodation guarantee is not received within 14 days of any reservation, Hayman reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Special Conditions: A minimum 2-night booking is required from 19 December 2011 to 9 January 2012 inclusive. Special rates and cancellation and payment conditions apply during this period.
