Opening Night: Fontaine Restaurant on Hayman

In keeping with the island’s award-winning culinary tradition, Hayman has opened the recently reconcepted Fontaine restaurant.

Chef Anthony Healy describes the beautiful dining areas within the restaurant and the new menu featuring contemporary Australian cuisine.
