Meetings and Conferences
Hayman can comfortably accommodate both small and large meetings and conferences, from gatherings of 10 to groups of 450, even an exclusive private experience based on booking the entire island. Services, venues and facilities are provided by Hayman to seamlessly deliver the perfect meeting or conference experience.
CONFERENCE PACKAGE
From A$45 per person (1/2 day without lunch)
From A$70 per person (1/2 day with lunch)
From A$80 per person (full day with lunch)
Meeting breaks can be organised for delegates to include massage, stretch classes and beach sports or a lifestyle focus or nutrition discussion with Spa Hayman's health and wellbeing specialists.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax. Hayman accepts cash, travellers cheques and all major credit cards including American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. Hayman applies a 1.5% surcharge for Visa and Mastercard transactions and a 3.5% surcharge for American Express, Diners Club and JCB transactions. EFTPOS facilities are available however limits apply. Hayman does not accept personal or business cheques unless approved prior to arrival.
