New Year's Day on Whitehaven Beach

Hayman’s luxury launch, Sun Eagle, departed for a leisurely cruise to Whitehaven Beach on New Year’s Day.
The cruise through the Whitsundays Passage was spectacular. The lush green islands set against the sparkling blue Coral Sea was a sight to behold.
Beach Boxing

There aren’t many better ways to begin a day than with a boxing session on Hayman Beach.
Fitness Instructor Carrieann Marriott, who runs morning boxing sessions on Hayman, agrees, “Boxing on the beach is fantastic, you can take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes, and if you get too hot, we can even box in the water.”
Tropical Island Tennis
Set among tropical gardens, Hayman’s tennis courts are an idyllic place to have a hit. Our on-island PBI tennis pro, John Ciarleglio, has taught thousands of people how to improve their forehand, but never with so many birds watching!
Gone Fishing

A large marlin was recently caught off the Hayman coast marking the beginning of the game fishing season.
The Northern Queensland coast is considered the world capital of black marlin fishing and spring is the best time for catching these sought after fish.
Hayman Pool just got even better
Lying by Hayman’s iconic pool has never been so good. Sit back and relax in one of Hayman’s pool pods and practice the art of doing nothing.
