Hayman, Australia’s acclaimed private island destination in the Great Barrier Reef, invites guests for a weekend of indulgence on an exclusive Moët-Hennessy Champagne experience in December to kick off the Festive season.
Guests will indulge on the finest cuisine and Champagne, whilst engaging with food and Champagne professionals over this exclusive weekend.
The weekend will commence with a Cocktail Reception hosted on Friday evening by Hayman General Manager, Shane Green and Moët-Hennessy Brands Champagne Ambassador, Greg Williams followed by a 3-course dinner at Australia’s signature resort restaurant, Fontaine.
On Saturday, guests will enjoy Hayman’s Signature Food and Wine Pairing Picnic for two hosted by Hayman’s Sommelier, before attending a private educational Champagne tasting with Greg Williams.
In the evening, guests will sit down to The Chef’s Table, experiencing 6 courses of culinary delights from Hayman Executive Chef, Glenn Bacon with host Greg Williams in the heart of Hayman’s renowned kitchens. The evening concludes with a tour of the famous Hayman Cellar and a visit to the ever-popular Hayman Chocolate Room.
