Hayman Appoints New National Sales Manager

Hayman, Australia's celebrated private island resort in the Great Barrier Reef, has appointed Scott McConnell to the position of National Sales Manager.
Based in Hayman’s Sales and Marketing Office in Sydney, Mr McConnell will be responsible for driving the activity of the domestic sales team with Hayman’s key accounts, developing sales strategies to attract new business opportunities in the Australian and New Zealand markets and increasing the conversion of wedding bookings.
Mr McConnell moves to Hayman from Crown Melbourne which he joined in 2006 as Sales Manager – Inbound and Domestic Wholesale and was later promoted to Sales Manager – Conference, Incentive and Group Sales.
He has also worked previously in London in senior sales roles with Insight Vacations and Millennium Hotel London Mayfair.
Hayman is owned by Mulpha Australia Limited and is a member of the prestigious organisation, The Leading Hotels of the World.
