Platinum Series Dinner

Hayman is joining with Craggy Range Winery in presenting a special Platinum Series Dinner in Oriental on Friday 26 October.

This dinner is part of an ongoing culinary program which represents Hayman commitment to presenting unique dining experiences to guests, by aligning with celebrated chefs and winemakers for these exclusive events.

Each course will be matched with selected wines introduced by Craggy Range Chairman, Terry Peabody and Director, Mary-Jeanne Hutchinson.

Accompanying this beautiful meal will be a superb selection of wines from Craggy Range Winery in New Zealand, which has achieved worldwide recognition for its outstanding releases. Hayman enjoys a long-standing relationship with this winery, which specialises in single vineyard wine and is known for uncompromising standards and meticulous craftsmanship.

Seating for the dinner at Oriental will be indoors amongst exquisite artifacts or on the outside deck overlooking peaceful gardens with rockpool and waterfall features.

The Platinum Series Dinner is priced at A$245 per person.
