A Toast to Champagne
Hayman will be breaking out the bubbly in October.
Join us as we celebrate Champagne throughout the month through amazing dining experiences and special tasting sessions.
Our award-winning Chefs’ brigade will be creating a fabulous 3-course menu to accompany a selected Champagne which will be featured in Australia’s signature resort restaurant, Fontaine, during the following weeks:
7 – 13 October – Celebration of Moët & Chandon
14 – 20 October – Celebration of Veuve Clicquot
21 – 27 October – Celebration of Krug
28 October – 3 November – Celebration of Dom Perignon
There will also be a Champagne tasting session for Champagne connoisseurs during the month as well as The Ultimate Champagne Chef’s Table which will feature a stunning menu to accompany the finest of Champagnes with Dom Perignon, Krug, Veuve Clicquot and Moët & Chandon.
