Celebration of Champagne
The world’s finest champagne will be flowing on Hayman during the month of November.
Hayman is once again partnering with the prestigious champagne house of Moët Hennessy to present a month-long Celebration of Champagne.
Each week in November, Fontaine restaurant will feature signature menus to accompany a selected champagne from the House of Moët Hennessy as follows:
4 – 10 November Celebration of Moët & Chandon
11 – 17 November Celebration of Veuve Clicquot
18 – 24 November Celebration of Krug
25 November – 1 December Celebration of Dom Perignon
Saturday 9 November – Private Dining Room, Fontaine
Hosted by Moët Hennessy ambassador David Cross, who has more than 25 years’ experience in the wine industry, as both a champagne educator and judge. The perfect experience for avid connoisseurs or those who simply want to learn more about the art of champagne. The Masterclass will include an afternoon of tastings of a variety of vintages.

Hosted by Moet Hennessy ambassador, David Cross, and featuring a stunning 6-course degustation menu artfully paired with the finest of champagne from Krug, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Moët & Chandon.
