The Great Outdoors on Hayman

Hayman’s Chefs will be taking dining into beautiful outdoor locations on the island during March 2012.

Each Saturday evening, Hayman’s acclaimed culinary event, The Chef’s Table will be hosted under the stars in the tranquil Rainforest Grove.

Hayman Executive Chef, Glenn Bacon will introduce each of the magnificent 6 courses made from the freshest of produce, whilst Hayman’s Somelier will personally select the finest of matching wines from top wine regions from Australia and throughout the world.

Guests can enjoy a wonderful array of Hayman Gourmet picnics in stunning settings by the beach, at the pools and in the gardens or venture out to surrounding Great Barrier Reef locations.
