Celebration of Chocolate

Explore the wonderful world of chocolate this Easter on Hayman. There will be plenty to celebrate during this indulgent month, including endless chocolate treats, fun Easter events and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny.

Enjoy a chocolate-enhanced luncheon buffet feast in Azure on Easter Sunday (31 March). This is priced at $80 per person (excluding beverages) and all children under 12 dining with an adult will dine for free at this Easter Sunday Lunch.

The Easter Bunny will be stopping by to greet all children on Easter Sunday and an exciting Easter Egg Hunt will also be held. For those aspiring little Pastry Chefs, Junior Hayman Chef offers the children a chance to try their skills at chocolate making, with imaginations running freely as they create the next best thing in chocolate. This fun time is part of the Hayman Kids’ Club Ranger Program offering lots of indoor and outdoor activities for the resort’s young guests.

Hayman’s signature dish for March will be the Hayman Chocolate Salad – a combination of four Callebaut chocolates and six textures with berries, dressed with lavender and native lime – which will be available each evening in all dining venues.
