Valentine’s Dinner
Hayman will be celebrating Valentine’s Day (14 February) with a special evening at Fontaine, Australia’s signature resort restaurant, at which Hayman’s acclaimed Chefs will present a magnificent 7-course degustation menu whilst the resort’s Sommelier will select a beautiful collection of wines from the Hayman Cellar to accompany each of the courses.
