Overlooking stunning Hayman Beach and beyond to the Whitsunday waters and neighbouring islands, Azure presents fine contemporary Australian cuisine in a relaxed indoor and outdoor setting. Start the day at Azure with a bountiful buffet breakfast overflowing with tropical fruits, juices, all things healthy and some of life's indulgences. Azure is also open selected days for lunch and dinner indoors or on the outdoor deck. All meals at Azure, including the seafood dishes, are prepared and served from the restaurant’s distinctive open-style kitchen.

Prices start from approx. A$21 for entrees, A$39 for main courses and A$16 for desserts.

Price for the seafood grill (available on selected evenings) is A$95 per person.

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax. Hayman accepts cash, travellers cheques and all major credit cards including American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. Hayman applies a 1.5% surcharge for Visa and Mastercard transactions and a 3.5% surcharge for American Express, Diners Club and JCB transactions. EFTPOS facilities are available however limits apply. Hayman does not accept personal or business cheques unless approved prior to arrival.
