Each week during January, Hayman will be offering exceptional dining experiences, including Chefs’ dinners showcasing regional wine and produce from three great states. Chef’s Tables not to be missed include:

- The Leeuwin Estate Chef’s Table from Western Australia (7 January)

- The Tyrrell’s Chef’s Table from the New South Wales Hunter Valley with Head Winemaker Bruce Tyrrell (14 January)

- The Jim Barry Wines Chef’s Table from South Australia with Head Winemaker Peter Barry (21 January)

Families and friends can enjoy legendary BBQs by the famous Hayman Pool, and the world-class leisure pursuits of the Great Barrier Reef.

Fun for all the family is ensured too, with children’s programs including Reef Ranger and Junior MasterChef.

Four-night packages commence from $932 per person twin-share from 7 January 2011.
