DINING
All venues on Hayman, including 5 restaurants and multiple meeting rooms plus more than 30 indoor and outdoor resort settings and luxury launch cruises, are available for private functions and can be themed for an individual touch of magic and impact. From one of Hayman’s Signature Experiences, The Chef's Table (a fabulous 6-course dinner in the Main Kitchen), to a masquerade ball, tribal dinner or calypso beach party, survivor event or dreamtime voyage in a rainforest clearing, the choices are unlimited.
The Formal Garden, in the surrounds of magnificent palms and gardens, can be beautifully illuminated in the evening and a long table, adorned with candelabra, elegantly dressed to extend the length of this spectacular setting. Guests can also enjoy dining under the stars as Hayman chefs cook on grills at a fabulous buffet around the famous Hayman Pool.
Hayman Beach is the ideal location for a beach party which can be themed with flame torches and lanterns. Colourful table covers and wonderful centrepieces will adorn the setting for a seafood grill or barbecue.
Musicians and entertainment can be arranged for any event.
ACTIVITIES
Hayman offers exciting island and reef activities for individuals and groups plus team building programs which might include resort watersports, corporate challenges on racing yachts, seaplane, helicopter and cruise adventures to the Great Barrier Reef and visits to the brilliant white sands of Whitehaven Beach.
On land, activities include pampering treatments at Spa Hayman, bushwalking, treasure hunts, beach Olympics and volleyball, tennis, squash, golf putting and golf days at the championship golf course at Laguna Whitsundays, a short helicopter or seaplane flight away.
There are also behind-the-scenes kitchen tours, Hayman Culinary Academy Cooking Classes, wine appreciation classes and cocktail mixing competitions. Relaxing by the resort's pools and beaches or strolling through the Retail Arcade are also part of the Hayman experience.
