Join one of Hayman’s Master Chefs for an exclusive private cooking class and prepare a 3-course gourmet feast with accompanying wines paired to each course.

Select your favourite dishes or design a menu together with the Chef based upon the fresh available ingredients of the season.

Begin with arrival drinks and canapés with our Master Chef before embarking on a backstage tour of one of the largest and best-equipped kitchens in the Southern Hemisphere. The Chef will offer culinary and presentation instructions as you work step by step through the preparation of the menu.

Private classes are recommended for small groups and may accommodate up to 6 people.
