Hayman Culinary Academy Classes

Go behind-the-scenes into a professional gourmet kitchen and develop your culinary skills with the help of one of Hayman’s Master Chefs.

Along with up to five other participants, you will experience a tour of one of the Southern Hemisphere’s largest and best-equipped kitchens in action. Then, prepare to roll up your sleeves and actively participate in a lively and intensive class.

Finally, expect to savour the spectacular 3-course meal you have created. Hayman’s Sommelier will introduce accompanying wine selections for each course. For the evening class, a tour of the La Fontaine Wine Cellar may also be included.

The Academy offers luncheon and dinner classes.
