Group Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes are a great way to meet other resort guests.
Group classes run 50 minutes and include:
- Personal Training
- Yoga
- Tennis
- Cardio challenge, sunrise basic training, Hayman circuit power walk
- Body Shaping
- Lower body blast, body ball, body conditioning, beach boxing and core conditioning
- Pilates and core workout
- Boot camp (A$25 per person)
- Fit ball (A$25 per person)
- Children’s multi sport (A$25 per person)
