Game Fishing

Hayman is a world-famous game fishing destination. Black Marlin, Yellow Fin Tuna, Spanish Mackerel and Giant Trevally are all found in these waters.

September – February
The waters surrounding Hayman normally experience warmer temperatures during this time, enticing warm water fish to inhabit the region. These species include Black Marlin, Sailfish, Bluefin Tuna, Wahoo and Mahi Mahi.

March – August
With the waters typically a little cooler during this time, other fish will likely be biting including Narrow Barred Mackerel (Spanish Mackerel), Black Kingfish (Cobia), Giant Trevally, Queenfish, and the occasional juvenile Black Marlin and Yellowfin Tuna.
