The Chef’s Bench

This personalised culinary experience offers up to 4 guests an intimate banquet in the Main Kitchen. A Hayman Master Chef will prepare an exquisite 12-course tasting menu as they enlighten guests with their kitchen secrets and preparation methods. The evening will include the creation of spontaneous dishes using seasonal ingredients and techniques from a range of cuisine styles. Hayman’s Sommelier will present a selection of superb matching wines to accompany each course.

The Chef’s Bench includes a tour of the famous Hayman Cellar and a visit to the ever-popular Hayman Chocolate Room.
